The National Health Survey, PNS, is a sample survey conducted by IBGE in 2013 in order to investigate household characteristics and aspects of resident’s health. The research has focused on chronic non-communicable diseases, lifestyles and access to health care. The sample of PNS covered 80,281 households with 205,546 individuals.
